What's In Your Handbook

Do you want to use handbooks in your program? Are your parent and employee handbooks in need of an update? This training will help providers understand the benefits of having employee nad parent handbooks. Participants will spend time reviewing what OCFS information should be shared with new parents and employees and what policies and procedures information they would like to share.
