CSEA/VOICE Professional Development Program
Get the state approved training you need to meet your registration/licensing requirements at no cost to you! Funding is now available through the CSEA/VOICE Professional Development Program for all NYS enrolled Legally Exempt, Registered Family or Licensed Group Family child care providers outside of New York City. You can register for any training, free of charge, including conferences, CPR/First Aid, MAT Pyramid Model and more! You may take as many classes as you like. Go to https://csealearningcenter.org/grants/cseaprofdev.cfm and enter your information and choose the participating training organization (Child Care Solutions) where you would like to take training, then give the training organization (Child Care Solutions) a call and register for as many classes as you would like! This funding is not available for program assistants. If you need help, please call CSEA/VOICE directly at (855) 472-6848.
How to Become Authorized for the CSEA/VOICE Professional Development Program:
1. Make sure you know your current license or registration facility ID number; if you are unsure you can contact your Registrar/Licensor or Child Care Solutions to help you out.
2. You will also need a CSEA ID; if you don’t have one or need help, please give CSEA/VOICE a call at 1-855-472-6848.
3. Go to https://csealearningcenter.org/grants/cseaprofdev.cfm and enter your information; once logged in, choose Child Care Solutions as the participating training organization where you’d like to take training
4. That’s it! You can now give CCS a call and register for as many training workshops as you’d like.
Educational Incentive Program (EIP)
Scholarship funding to participate in training may be available through the Educational Incentive Program (EIP). The MAT (Medication Administration Training) Rebate Program
The MAT (Medication Administration Training) Rebate Program is sponsored by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services, with funds provided by the Child Care and Development Fund. If you plan to take the MAT Course, you can receive up to $100 to help pay for the classroom course or $70 for the Independent Study course through the MAT Rebate Program.
