In January we began recruiting participants for the QSNY field test in Onondaga County. Participants were chosen from those who attended one of the two scheduled meetings. Participants will go through the QSNY process and receive an on-site assessment and professionally-prepared quality improvement plan as well as a cash stipend. Star ratings will not be assigned or published as part of the field test.
We are just testing the new system at this stage and ensuring that it's workable. This is an exciting opportunity for programs to learn more about themselves and give feedback on how the new QRIS (Quality Rating and Improvement System) will work.
